Why Benedict Advisors?
After training at White & Case and Schulte Roth & Zabel and serving in-house as a Vice President at ACE Limited (now Chubb), Managing Partner Tabber B. Benedict had seen elite M&A practice from both sides of the table. In fact, Mr. Benedict is an investor and has been a principal on the buy side of multiple acquisitions himself. He has also founded multiple businesses and advised companies to better position themselves for exits and IPOs. He understands what it is like to be a client, and in-house counsel working with outside counsel.
Along the way, Tabber kept noticing the same gap: lower-middle-market companies rarely received the partner attention or the practical, efficient counsel their transactions deserved. He built Benedict Advisors to close it.
